The check-up & clean reactivation offer includes 1x dental examination, 1x scale, clean and polish, 1x fluoride treatment and x-rays.
This offer is available for $299 for adults (GST-inclusive). Subject to availability, all New Patients will also receive a complimentary Essential Oral Care Kit.
To ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment, your dentist will evaluate your teeth condition at your appointment to consider whether the treatment included in this offer is suitable for you. If we consider it is not, i.e. you may need alternative/additional treatments, we will offer details of those treatments to you, including details of our standard rates. We will otherwise provide the treatment included in this offer to you at a later agreed date, having regard to your teeth condition. Please note you will need to check your health fund policy to determine which portion of your fee is covered.
While our practice accepts all major health funds, not all health funds offer the same level of benefits and your level of coverage will affect your costs. If your private health fund benefit is higher for the item numbers included in this offer, the full benefit amount will be claimed from the health fund.
