Ingredients
2 good handfuls of frozen berries
35 g of spinach
250 ml unsweetened almond milk
1 banana
3tbsp oats
1tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp hemp powder
2 pitted medjool dates (optional)
Instructions
Peel the banana and place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
