Ingredients

  • 2 good handfuls of frozen berries
  • 35 g of spinach
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 3tbsp oats
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp hemp powder
  • 2 pitted medjool dates (optional)

Instructions

Peel the banana and place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
