This year for Halloween why not try our Mummy sausage rolls? This recipe uses full-sized sausages, but you could also make these with cocktail sausages.
1 sheet puff pastry
10 pre-cooked sausages
Mustard or relish for eyes
- Pre-heat oven to 180o C.
- Lightly flour a work surface and roll out puff pastry. Use a pizza or pastry cutter to slice the pastry into 1cm strips. Wrap the strips around the sausages so they resemble mummies.
- Place mummy sausage rolls on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Add eyes to the mummies using relish or mustard. Serve with ketchup or another sauce of your choosing for dipping.
