Terms and conditions
Eligible patients (you or your) will receive $500 off eligible Dental Implant & Dental Ceramic treatment at Apple Dental. To claim this offer, an initial consultation with Dr. Hiba must be completed.
You will be required to fill out a medical history form when you attend Apple Dental (and prior to your consultation) to assist Dr. Hiba Amin’s evaluation. There is no obligation for you to proceed with dental treatment following the consultation.
All treatments are subject to Dr. Hiba Amin’s clinical assessment of suitability of the Dental Implant treatment for you.
During your consultation, our dental professionals will:
- discuss your goals;
- provide information about dental implant and ceramic treatment options;
- conduct a comprehensive examination to evaluate your teeth condition and consider whether dental implant treatment may be suitable for you;
- if the treatment is deemed to be suitable for you, discuss payment options and provide you with a quote containing an estimated cost for the treatment.
Offer Period
This offer is available from 05 June 2026 to 30 June 2026, subject to appointment availability.
This offer may be withdrawn at any time.
Redemption Process
To claim this offer, you must:
- book an appointment at Apple Dental during the offer period;
- mention the Dental Implant & Ceramic Offer at the time of booking;
- attend your scheduled appointment;
- complete the consultation where suitability for treatment will be assessed
- proceed with booking the Dental Implant treatment to receive the $500 discount.
Offer Restrictions
Dental implants are not available for purchase by the general public. They will only be offered following the consultation process as set out in this offer.
The following restrictions apply to the eligibility and use of the offer:
- ·you must be a new or existing patient of Apple Dental;
- only one offer can be redeemed per person;
- must be 18 years or older;
- not redeemable for cash and not transferable to any other treatments; and
this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
