This sweet and crunchy salad makes a tasty accompaniment to spicy Middle-Eastern foods.
Ingredients
Small bunch of torn mint
Small bunch of torn dill
100g mixed salad leaves
100g roughly chopped pistachios
Buch of finely sliced spring onions
120g pomegranate seeds (roughly 1 pomegranate)
Juice of 1 orange
1tbsp clear honey
3tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix the vinegar, honey and juice together and season. Place the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour over dressing. Gently toss to combine and serve.
