Quick, Easy and Healthy School Lunch Recipe

Ingredients:
5 wheat tortillas
2 cups grated cheese
150g shaved ham
3 cups of baby spinach leaves
Method:
- Place all the tortillas on a flat surface and distribute the cheese amongst the tortillas and then layer with spinach and ham.
- Fold the tortillas in half and place the tortillas in a sandwich press one at a time or in a lightly oiled frying pan over a medium heat. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom of the tortilla is golden and the cheese has melted. Turn the tortilla and cook the other side for a further 2-3 minutes.
Let the tortillas cool down a bit and then cut the tortillas in half (wedges) before packing.
