By now, you have probably been directed to these pages by our receptionist. Your appointment may have been scheduled and within the coming weeks you will be visiting Apple Dental for the first time.

At your first visit to our centre, we will need to obtain information from you with regard to your general health, dental health and personal details. If you would like to complete this from in the comfort of your own home, you can do so by printing this file.

During your first visit, your dental assistant will introduce you to your dentist. Your dentist will then discuss your concerns with you and provide any information you may need.

How to find us
Apple Dental is located on the corner of Finlayson Street and Rosenthal Avenue, Lane Cove. Please click here to access our map; this can be printed should you need to bring this with you to assist you in finding our centre.

Parking and facilities
On our map, you will see that we have onsite parking for your convenience, please be sure to park in the marked bays only. The Lane Cove council car park is right across the road.

Once you enter our reception area, you will be greeted by our receptionist and you will find our waiting room is not only comfortable but also equipped with complimentary espresso coffee and other drink making facilities, cool bottled water and a spectacular aquarium to help you relax before your visit.

Broken Appointments
Appointments made at our practice are reserved exclusively for you and are considered confirmed at the time of booking.

We strive to provide courtesy reminder calls or messages as a service to our patients, however in the event that you do not receive a call or message your appointment remains valid and confirmed. A fee will apply for failed attendances or cancellations of less than 48 hours notice.

Payment
You will be advised of the cost of your first consultation when you arrange a time with our receptionist. Payment is required immediately following your treatment. We accept payment by Cash, Cheque, EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard and American Express and we do not charge credit card commissions. We also provide HICAPS for instant health fund claims.

For future treatment, we can offer an approximate cost and itemised treatment plan if you request this during your visit.

Infection control standards
Apple Dental can guarantee your safety during each and every visit to our centre. By following a strict infection control policy our team offers the safest treatment available using the most advanced sterilisation techniques and disinfection protocols.

Each staff member in trained to follow a detailed process when it comes to the set up and clean down of each surgery and every aspect is covered by strict protocols. Your protection begins long before your appointment and during your procedure; our dental team will wear gloves, masks, eye protection and will also offer you protective eyewear.
