I have been so impressed with what you and the team have created at Apple i felt it only right that i send some of that kudos from overseas. What you have succeeded in creating is a truly superb dental experience - right from back to front. A true 21st century practice that has no interest in being run of the mill.
Your facilities are top notch and it was very cool to watch my crown being milled right in front of me. That being said, the main comment has to be about your team and apologies because i will forget names but you will know who i mean and i trust you will pass this on so here goes....
Janelle on front desk is a miracle worker. She knew i was only in town for a couple of days at short notice but she made it happen - always super responsive on phone or email and just the perfect window into your operation even when juggling my time zones!
Your hygienist is the best i have ever experienced - lovely manner & great technique. My mouth never felt so clean. She also had another one of your staff with her - same one who helped out on my crown and she was great too - loved the way she was constantly busy, making sure things were right and most impressively always asking questions and generally looking to learn. She came across as loving what she does.
Goes without saying your work was not too shabby either but that's as much as you get because you are the Boss!
I will sum it all up by saying that even though i am only in Sydney a couple of times a year i will make sure that each visit home includes a trip to the practice as i have absolutely no interest in letting anyone else near my teeth. I would be more than happy to recommend Apple to anyone who cares to listen.
